Your Safety & Health Are Covered
Because your safety and health is our top priority, we’ve been working on ways to help your foot and ankle pain with an enhanced focus on your well-being. When we see you in our offices again, we want you to know that we’ve taken multiple steps to ensure your health and comfort.
At your next visit to our podiatry offices, you can look forward to the following:
- Elective Surgeries: We are now proceeding with booking elective surgeries again according to protocols established by the hospitals we are working in
- Patient Appointments: We are now able to proceed with booking more patient appointments. Protocols will be adhered to in order to maintain appropriate social distancing
- If it is not essential for a family member to join the patient for the visit, we ask that they please do not accompany the patient to the office
- Disinfecting/Cleanliness: We will continue with stringent measures maintaining cleanliness in the offices
- Face Masks: All patients will be required to wear masks in order to be seen and it is recommended that they wear gloves
- Unfortunately, we have ration our supplies and can not provide them to our patients
- Telemedicine Appointments: We will continue with Telemed visits per patient request and recommendations of the doctors on an individual basis
- We will be doing laser treatments for toenail fungus and EPAT shockwave treatment for soft tissue pathologies such as plantar fasciitis and Achilles tendonitis
- We are applying these conditions to both our Merit Drive Dallas Office and the Baylor Plano Office
