KeryFlex Nail Restoration System
If you're self-conscious about how your toenails might look in flip-flops or on the beach, this 15-minute cosmetic procedure could be for you. KeryFlex, a new nail restoration procedure, immediately improves the appearance of your cracked, dried or yellow toenails. KeryFlex does this by creating a flexible, nonporous artificial nail, allowing remaining natural nails to re-grow and provides a completely natural look and feel. It lasts up to eight weeks and was designed for patients with fungal nail infections, and deformed, brittle, discolored, ridged and splitting nails.
The KeryFlex Process
The KeryFlex process is simple and painless. The staff at Dallas Podiatry Works will debride the nail, then brush KeryFlex Bond onto the remaining nail plate and nail bed. The KeryFlex Resin builds up the nail, allowing us to sculpt and contour it for a custom fit. When the modeling process is completed, we will apply the KeryFlex Seal and set the treatment with an ultraviolet light, which hardens within two minutes.
Available in pastel, clear and natural, it is easy to match KeryFlex to your nail tone. It is unaffected by acetone and detergents, and it is safe to wear virtually any nail polish. For more information or to make an appointment, contact our office today.
